My name is Jasmine Carter. I have been a hairstylist for 17 years! I specialize in balayage and blonding. I’m also a certified extension artist with Invisible bead extensions (IBE) My work has been featured on Instagram platforms such as Masters of Balayage, Beauty Launchpad, Balayagist, and Mane Interest. I was also a Masters of Balayage Ambassador. That said, I moved here almost 2 years ago from Southern California. I look forward to meeting you and starting a great relationship!
