Rent is due weekly on Mondays | Monday - Sunday is our week. You may pay in advance if you choose to - Management will assist in setting up paid in advance payments. GLO uses a recurring ACH debit through our bank for weekly debits. 

Deposit  is equal to one weeks rent. It is refundable at the end of your lease term, less any damage to your suite outside of normal wear & tear. Breaking a lease forfeits your refund.

We write leases for 1 year. Month to Month is available but you will have a higher weekly suite rate. Payment in advance for 1 year will allow for a discount *if Target rate is paid in full. Sublet or Sharing space, requires up-charge and acknowledgment signed by all persons working in the space.

Management has to approve colors and additional deposit is required.

We have target rates we need to meet for our business plan to work. If we have more inventory than we would like, we usually offer introductory rates to start.  Rates can range from $150 -  $500 +

Factors include location, demographics, size of the suite, exterior windows, and how much vacancy we have at that time. It is best to meet with management to go over your specific needs and pricing.
